Chili Cook-Off Registration 2018
Please complete this entry form to participate in the 3rd annual 2018 Chili Cook-off.

With all due respect for those master chili chefs, we are interested in home-made chili recipes. We hate to state the obvious, but no canned chili is allowed ... just sayin’
Chili powder and other spices are fine and dandy, but complete commercial chili mixes are
not permitted. Thickeners such as corn meal, masa or flour are allowed – so are canned tomatoes,
chipoltes and beans. So have fun making your favorite recipe and bring it along the day of the event in a crockpot or a warming device to serve up. Please provide a serving ladle and/or other utensils needed to share your tasty dish. Cups, bowls and sides will be provided by the event coordinators.
